This machine is double layer wrapping machine ofvertical type;the tape will be covered on the wire core(paper tape.aluminum foil and etc.)through therotate plate and has a double wrapping device.It is mainly used for winding micaceous tape of electric cable,force cable,control cable,optical cable and etc.;the fire-resistant cables are usually used for electric demand factory,airport,boatyard,high buildings,subway,Underground Street and entertain-ment place and etc.As the demand of fire-resistant cables grows larger,that drives wrapping machinecomes to market,this type of machine as a special equipment will be provided to cable manufacturer.
Work theory
This machine has double wrapping device,driven byAC motor and strap,through the gear to drive another couple of gear,in order to rotate the wrapping plate into right-left direction, the tape will be taped on the core wire twice through the rotating the single wrapping device,with the Continuosusly Variable Transmission adjustment could meet the different require-ments of different kind of wrapping pitch.We can produce single,double,treble wrapping device in order to meet the costumer's requirement.
